Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, dealership promotions, and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
